The tool guides users through four steps: 1. Choose the account issue 2. Add verified dates and details 3. Check which evidence is available 4. Generate an organized report and editable support message It currently covers unexpected charges, refund requests, cancellation problems, active recurring services, payout delays, ads or order charges, and support follow-ups. The checker runs in the browser, requires no Sellvia login, and does not store the answers entered into it. It also does not predict outcomes or guarantee a refund, cancellation, payout, or support decision.
