Regarding custom domain mapping and automatic SSL: since this is a pure PHP, dependency-free package designed to run anywhere from a basic cPanel to a simple FTP storage, server-level SSL automation is out of the standalone script's scope. Most users currently handle this via Cloudflare or their hosting provider's 1-click Let's Encrypt setup.
However, that's a brilliant idea to round out the full ownership experience. I'm actually thinking about cooking up a tailored Cloudflare tunnel guide or a lightweight Docker container bundled with an Nginx reverse-proxy to handle automated subdomains and SSL right out of the box for advanced self-hosters.
