We’ve created a free online RFM (recency, frequency, monetary) segmentation tool for customer marketers – and we need your feedback!
We built Segmentor to give marketers the ability to understand their customer base, without hiring an in-house data scientist.
Our hope is that Segmentor serves as a useful introduction to customer segmentation and allows marketing teams without advanced tools and data analysis capabilities to better target their customer segments with relevant marketing campaigns.
This is our MVP. We’ll be adding the ability to export your segmented customer data in the next release, in addition to your fine suggestions ;)
