Have you thought about adding a simple alert when RTO risk spikes for a specific SKU or cohort? That way founders get pinged before ad spend ramps up on something that's about to bleed cash on returns.
@melikesxbg yes we already have RTO Spike alert at SKU Level..
A useful add would be a GST and TDS export that pulls from your forecast and reconciles with what Razorpay actually settles, so month-end accounting stops being a manual spreadsheet grind.
@aydnjnbf This is genuinely on our radar now — you're the second person in this thread to flag GST/TDS reconciliation independently, so it's clearly a real pain point and not a nice-to-have. A forecast-to-actual-settlement reconciliation export is exactly the kind of "stop doing this in a spreadsheet" problem we want to solve. Mind if we reach out when we start building it to get your input on the format?
honestly this looks super useful for indian D2C folks, the deterministic unit economics part is what caught my eye. one thing though, would be great if you could add GST and TDS aware cash flow projections since most brands here deal with that monthly and it really messes with actual available cash.

Love how clean the unit economics breakdown looks. One thing that would really help me as a D2C founder: add a simple scenario planner where I can tweak ad spend or AOV by percentage and instantly see the projected cash flow impact. Would make weekly planning calls way easier.

The scenario planner is a great call, and it lines up with what we're hearing from other D2C founders here too: less "here's what happened," more "let me stress-test what happens if." the deterministic unit economics angle is genuinely clever, most tools in this space still bury that behind a bunch of toggles
