Customer service inquiries and responses can be securely transformed into FAQ data. A CSV file is processed to remove personal details, then AI suggests FAQ categories. The result is a CSV with columns for questions, answers, and categories.

It employs a two-tier technology that removes personal information through rule-based processing on local devices from inquiries and operator responses, and then trains the AI in the cloud to categorize the cleansed data. This tool enables companies in English-speaking regions to 'safely' and 'easily' convert inquiry data into FAQs.
