This is going to change customer service in the coming years. The developers did a great job of making this very intuitive to set up on the website. The bot scraped my website and then gave me an in-depth review of my company. I then only had to finetune some information with some tweaks, and the UI makes it very easy for me to apply those changes. I am very happy with this product.
A must needed product and easy to use since its taking data from the web site, it will be better if you can have the option to feed any additional data other than once in your website.
