This is going to change customer service in the coming years. The developers did a great job of making this very intuitive to set up on the website. The bot scraped my website and then gave me an in-depth review of my company. I then only had to finetune some information with some tweaks, and the UI makes it very easy for me to apply those changes. I am very happy with this product.
