Turn doomscrolling into a 60-second calm break. ScrollWell gives you short, guided swipe sessions for stress, sleep, focus and anxiety β feel better fast.

Hey Product Hunt π
Β Β
You know the doomscroll loop: you feel stressed, you open Instagram or TikTok "for a sec," and 20 minutes later you feel worse. I did it every single day.
So I built ScrollWell β a feed you scroll to feel better instead of worse.
It looks and feels like the apps you already doomscroll, but instead of endless content, you swipe through 60-second guided sessions: a breathing exercise when
you're anxious, a quick reset when you're angry, a focus boost, or a wind-down for sleep. Same scrolling habit your thumb already has β pointed at something that
actually calms you down.
Two things I cared about most:
Β Β
π’ Genuinely free β no paywall, no "7-day trial then $70/year." Most calm apps lock the help behind a subscription. ScrollWell doesn't.
β‘ Built for 60 seconds, not 20 minutes β most meditation apps ask a stressed brain to sit still and commit 15 minutes, which is exactly when you can't. ScrollWell
works in the moment you actually need it.
Think of it as the calm alternative to Calm and Headspace β free, faster, and shaped like the habit it's replacing.
Would love your honest feedback: what's the moment in your day you most need a 60-second reset? I'm building sessions around real ones. π
The swipe-up gesture to advance sessions feels really natural, like they actually thought about thumb placement instead of just porting a web flow. Whoever designed the timing on those 60-second sessions nailed it too.
Tried the sleep session before bed and it actually helped me wind down instead of staring at the ceiling. Surprised how gentle the swipe rhythm feels, like the app slows you down on purpose.
