Hi Product Hunt — I’m Roman, the founder of ScriptTap. I started building ScriptTap because Android automation tools often force users into one of two extremes: approachable but too limited for complex workflows, or powerful but frustrating to learn. I wanted an automation environment that a beginner could use without coding, while still allowing each script to grow progressively more capable. ScriptTap provides a visual editor for taps, swipes, screen checks, OCR, variables, conditions, routines, device state, settings, and app actions. AI can also use ScriptTap’s documented format to create an importable script, which the user reviews and runs on the device. The broader goal is a unified, no-root Android automation platform that remains understandable and user-controlled. ScriptTap is now in open beta, and I’d particularly appreciate feedback on the first-run experience: is the path from installation to a useful first script clear?
