I started building Scribzy because existing transcription tools either choke on noisy audio, don't support live streaming, or are way too expensive for what they offer. So I built the whole thing from scratch — the AI processing pipeline, the backend API, the frontend, billing system, and the entire infrastructure. The hardest part was the audio pipeline — getting the AI to automatically detect what kind of audio it's dealing with and route it through the right processing. That took months of iteration. Real-time streaming was another challenge. Building an architecture that feels responsive while running GPU inference required a lot of fine-tuning.
