Great Concept, but Poor Communication and Support
The platform has great potential, but there are serious concerns with recent changes. The API cost has suddenly doubled — for instance, fetching a single LinkedIn profile now consumes 2 credits instead of 1 — without any prior notice or communication.
There is also no clear documentation on API rate limits, which leads to unpredictable failures where the APIs stop working or return zero results.
Despite reaching out via email, we have not received any response from the support team. This lack of transparency and support is disappointing.
