Today I launched ScorpionFlow on Product Hunt 🚀

It's a beta for freelancers and small agencies that want to organize clients, quotes, projects, tasks, costs, payments, and follow-ups in a single workflow.

The idea stemmed from a very common problem: many people use Trello for tasks, Excel for costs, WhatsApp for clients, and rely on their memory to keep track of the actual status of each project.

With ScorpionFlow, I want to help answer simple but critical questions:

Which projects are behind schedule?

Which clients are due to pay?

What's pending approval?

Which projects actually generated profit?

Now I'm looking for honest feedback to improve the product.

Quick note: ScorpionFlow is currently Spanish-first. We launched on Product Hunt to get early feedback from freelancers and small agencies while we prepare the English version.
