I built Schuaz because I was tired of being my family's search engine. Where's the drill? What did we spend at Costco? Is the TV still under warranty? Now we just ask Schuaz, and it answers from what we've saved, down to the shelf and bin. Snap a photo of a shelf and it drafts the items for you to check. Link your bank (read-only) to catch recurring bills. It's all shared with everyone at home. You can also create shared or private to-dos and notes.

For years I was my family's search engine. "Where's the drill?" "Did we already pay the water bill?" "Is the TV still under warranty?" The answers were all in my head, or in a spreadsheet nobody else opened.
So I built Schuaz: one place for the stuff, the spending and the to-dos in our house, where anyone can just ask.
A few things I'm proud of:
🔎 Ask "Where's the drill?" and it tells you: toolbox, Shelf 2, garage. Tap the answer and you're on the item.
📸 Snap a photo of a shelf. It drafts the items (names, categories, rough values), and you check them before anything is saved. No surprise junk in your inventory.
💸 Money without the spreadsheet. Link your bank (read-only through Plaid, so it can't move money), scan receipts or import a CSV. It finds your recurring bills, and you can ask "What did we spend at Costco last month?"
✅ Chores, reminders and shared notes, with nudges when something's due.
🏠 It's for the whole household. Everyone sees the same things, so you're not the only one who knows.
So how is this different from a home inventory app or a budgeting app?
I tried plenty of both. Inventory apps are great catalogs, but you still have to go digging to find anything. Budgeting apps give you dashboards, but not answers. And none of them talk to each other, even though real questions cross those lines all the time.
In Schuaz, AI is how you use the whole thing, not a feature bolted onto the side:
