- You can set up SchedX in 2 modes:
Live website AI agent (your visitors can click a button and start talking to an AI Agent).
Phone agent to call back leads on their phone instantly once they fill out a form.
- SchedX answers detailed questions about your product, just like a skilled sales rep.
- It asks questions to qualify visitors based on your criteria (BANT, MEDDIC, or custom).
- SchedX guides your qualified visitors into booking a meeting and routes it to the right sales rep based on your routing strategy.
- It integrates with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and logs all interactions automatically.

SchedX solves that by combining qualification and scheduling in a single flow, so leads can move forward instantly while their interest is high.
The agent is powered by a customizable knowledge base, so you can train it with relevant details about your product and process. When it comes across edge-case questions, it’s trained to naturally guide them towards talking to a product specialist.
