I built it because I couldn't find a scanner app that makes high-quality scans and cleans up fingers, staples and folds by itself. Most phone "scans" are really photos: a thumb on the edge, a shadow across the page, a staple in the corner.

So ScanMojo does three things:

🧽 Cleans up for you. Fingers, staples, punch holes and shadows are erased from the edges; curled and folded lines come out straight. No editing.

🆓 Scanning is free. No watermark, no scan limit, no account. PDF, image and text export are free too.

🔒 Stays on your phone. Scanning, clean-up and text recognition run on the device; nothing is uploaded. IDs and passports sit in a folder locked with your face or fingerprint.

There's an optional Pro subscription for signing, merging, Word and Excel export, password-protected PDFs and printing both sides of an ID on one page. That's how it pays for itself.
