The iterative approach (December to July launch cycle) suggests they're taking feedback seriously rather than shipping and ghosting.

What needs improvement

What's great

It was incredibly easy to get started and connect my LinkedIn account and set up the AI agent with my content and find immediate leads to reach out to. Ran into a couple of speed bumps (user error) over the first couple of months using ScaliQ, but Maxime's response to providing me with fast answers got me back on track.

What needs improvement

There's not much to improve upon, I truly enjoy using ScaliQ and how easy it was to get started.

vs Alternatives

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Unlike other LinkedIn connect software I tried, ScaliQ gave me control over every detail, from how invite messages are sent and how many, to how I can respond to replies. In comparison to LinkedIn's own Sales Navigator, the cost factor alone was a big sell, but Sales Navigator is not as intuitive.

What's great

What's great

I purchased ScaliQ a few months ago, and so far the experience has been outstanding. I use AI in my business regularly and have tested a number of platforms, so I don’t say this lightly: tools like this are where business operations and outreach are heading. What stood out to me right away with ScaliQ was not just the concept, interface, and customization, but the exceptional support behind it.

The tech support has been so strong that I felt compelled to stop and leave this review. I'm on my 3rd campaign, and as I learn how to customize my agents the results have been extremely positive. For now, I’m giving ScaliQ 5 Stars for the top-notch support alone, along with the intuitive interface, strong vision, and flexibility of the platform.

What needs improvement

Although the support is top notch, and the tool is very intuitive, I would love to see more documentation on how to use the tool and best setups for various use cases.

I was trying Instantly, and I found cold email marketing outreach to be too time consuming and not fun for me.

What's great

I have been using it for a month+ now and it lets me connect and have conversations with new and existing connections at scale. I have tried many outreach apps but ScaliQ is the first one that actually is able to converse with contacts and provide information to them that I would have given out.

What needs improvement

I wish it did more - I would add multiple calls to action it could choose to use, as well as a list of lead magnets it could use when appropriate.

I tried others but ScaliQ worked better and I was able to configure it and give it information to use in the conversations.

What's great

ScaliQ just works, there's finally a comprehensive solution to outreach on Linkedin that actually feels human. We've struggled to book a call on linkedin for the last few years and already booked our first call in the first month of using ScaliQ.

What needs improvement

I think an MCP would be a huge improvement to the product to allow it to be easier to tweak and improve the agent instructions and knowledge bases.

We were considering linkedinhelper and the other standard market options.
