One thing that would really help families is a quick way to share a saved sentence or favorite button set directly to a teacher's or therapist's email or messaging app. Having to re-enter custom layouts across devices or screen-share during appointments eats up session time, so a one-tap share-link (that does not require Premium to receive) would make handoffs smoother for the kids who use it daily.
honestly the offline-first thing is huge and you should lean into it more in the marketing. one thing though, could you add a simple way to back up boards to a personal iCloud Drive folder? that way even if sayella the company disappears one day, families keep their custom vocab setups. feels like it would match the whole "no one can take your voice away" promise
