Great idea. Bad execution. The payment system is overly confusing. So much so that I have an extra subscription. It is designed so you get halfway into the setup, and then it asks you
to pay. There is no way to delete the half-made blog. Every blog has its own subscription. There is no central place on the website to see all. Which is why I have an extra one. And that wouldn't be that bad if there was good support. Trying to get hold of them is almost impossible. Which is why I'm here leaving a bad review (1 star). I will update this review if it gets resolved or if I have to ask my bank for a refund.
Update: I still have not heard back for hours. Why am I raising the review? It is still a good product and I'll push forward with 3 subs and make the best of it. Hopefully, these are just growing pains.
