Hi, I’m Donna, founder of sansaino.

I started this idea in Finland after noticing a clear problem. While looking for work, I met many skilled tech professionals who couldn’t find the right jobs. At the same time, companies told me they were struggling to find qualified people nearby.

With over 15 years in IT, I’ve seen this from both sides. Hiring trusted tech experts is still slow, expensive, and often limited by location.

That’s the problem sansaino is trying to solve.

We help companies hire verified IT professionals from around the world in days instead of months, whether project-based or full-time, remote or onsite, anywhere in the world.

At first, we focused only on verifying candidates. But after talking with both companies and professionals, we realized trust needs to go both ways. So we also verify clients to help protect workers and build trust on both sides.

We’re starting with verified tech hiring for data centers and IT roles, and next we’ll expand into full team hiring.
