Samepage

I've been using Samepage since early 2019 and I LOVE IT! I had been research a number of project management tools and testing them. Once I found Samepage, I felt that I had found my all-in-one tool. I even tried a different software that was offering a "lifetime deal". It just didn't meet my needs and I came back to Samepage because I must admit that Samepage has me spoiled with all of their great service and the awesome software tool!!! PROS: Easy to use, help my team streamline communication and project management, able to have group or private chats, share files, set up private teams, and so much more. If I ever have an issue, their support team has been wonderful at helping me to solve my issues. They even listen to their users about feature requests and that's AWESOME! I've seen some of my feature requests implemented which has made the Samepage better (which was hard to do since it is the best project management tool I've found). CONS: The only con I found was having to change the way I thought about managing projects. Samepage lets you manage "Teams" and within teams, you can manage pages (or projects). Otherwise, I love it.

I started using Samepage about a year ago. Since then, I have brought 2 other organizations to Samepage. Both are small nonprofits. Using Samepage has allowed these nonprofits to become more organized and one of them stopped holding monthly in-person meetings in exchange for more up-to-date communications through Samepage. Overall, I have enjoyed using Samepage. I love the built-in conferencing (audio & video). This is really handy for ad hoc meetings. The chatting and commenting features help minimize back and forth emails and make it easy to refer back to conversations. The user-interface takes a little getting used to though, so take some time to play around to get the hang of it. They seem to be actively improving the software, and from what I've seen it is heading a good direction. I would recommend Samepage especially to small organizations that need a cost effective way to get more organized and centralize communications (without back and forth emails).

Samepage allowed our team to communicate and collaborate in real time without putting any strain on our remote corporate network in this period of crisis. This is to permit our colleagues assigned to help Canadian citizens in need to have the best service possible.

Oh man! What is NOT to love?! Last year, I was looking for an online software at a great price that will connect my wedding couples to myself and my second shooter. Somehow in the midst of a google search rabbit hole, I fell upon SamePage and my world instantly became easier. There are other programs like it out there online, but this is the only one I find so super user-friendly with the capability to connect unlimited amount of guests and members on projects (for $9/member/month-- insanely cheap). Typically, when helping a bride with her timeline for the wedding, it is a lot of emails back and forth and about 5-6 different copies of the timeline trying to get it just right. With SamePage, we chat in the messenger about what needs to adjust and we all work together on ONE timeline. If they need to make changes on their end, they can. If they have inspiration photos they want remade, it's uploaded easily. Best part- on the day of their wedding, I not only have a copy with me ON MY PHONE- but so does my second shooter. Seriously, this is the best. Nothing goes overlooked- I can assign tasks to clients and my photographers, and everyone has been loving it. One year in, and we aren't planning on stopping!

Just an easy, well-rounded product for a group who work remotely from home. Great way to hold and schedule meetings and so very easy to pass documents around. I can’t complain and can’t find anything comparable.

This product is amazing. It has literally saved hundreds of emails per month - all with attachments. I have been able to create client portals, giving my clients 24/7 access to their projects with the ability to contact me at their convenience and on their time zone. Everything is now in one place for them and they love it. It has saved me many hours every single week. Honestly, I cannot recommend this software highly enough. Its streamlined my business in terms of both processes and communication.

I came across Samepage by accident as I've tried to find a software tool to coordinate an ad hoc team, working basically in different organizations. I needed communication and work management with the inclusion of technical diagrams of some degree of sophistication and after a few tries on different software I thought I could give it a go. As the team used the features, it became more central to our practice and communication - almost a point of reference where everyone would have an equal say, and report without interruptions. Schemas and diagrams where updated gradually and communicated with everyone in the team smoothly. In many respects Samepage exceeded my expectation, to the point that I will use it as my default choice on my next project.

This very convenient and efficient way to communicate with all team members. Easy to use especially if the employee is not into technologies. It is also handy because you can use it on your phone and computer. You get always updated.
