Tried it for a few days and the follow-up drafts actually sound like me, which I was not expecting from an AI tool. Pipeline view is clean too, way less clutter than the CRM I was using before.
Finally tried a CRM that does not feel like another spreadsheet in disguise. The AI follow-up drafts actually sounded close to how I would write them, which is a first.
