The combination of live chat and social messaging feels more realistic than treating each channel separately.
SaleSmartly
@wys1010 Exactly. Customers don’t think of website chat and social DMs as separate conversations, so teams need a way to manage both without jumping between inboxes. That’s why we brought live chat and social messaging into one workspace. Thanks for picking up on this!

The unified inbox is the feature that catches my eye. Switching between social accounts can consume more time than the replies themselves.
SaleSmartly
@anthony_cai Exactly. Switching between accounts sounds minor until you’re doing it all day. Bringing those messages into one inbox was one of the first things we wanted to solve. Thanks for calling it out, Anthony!

@deepaksingh09 Like the idea of having one inbox for all my social accounts. How do you handle privacy? Best of luck with the launch.
Bababot
just tested connecting a couple of social channels to the inbox and having all conversation history aggregate seamlessly felt super smooth.
SaleSmartly
@adams_parker That’s great to hear, Adams — thanks for trying it out! Seeing conversations and their history together in one inbox is exactly the experience we were aiming for. Glad connecting the channels felt smooth on your end.
How accurate is the real time translation provided by the application, and does it provide the ability to review or modify responses before sending them?
Btw, Congratulations @rooster_zeng , @lv_lv2 and @justin2025 🎊✌️
SaleSmartly
Thanks, Muhammad, and appreciate the launch wishes! Real-time translation works both ways to keep multilingual conversations flowing naturally. And yes, agents can preview the translated reply, adjust the wording if they’d like, and send it from the same chat window.
Can conversations be assigned to different team members based on the channel or lead type?
SaleSmartly
@darly_selby Yes, Darly. You can set up routing in SaleSmartly’s visual workflow based on the channel and conditions such as a lead’s tag or inquiry type. For example, WhatsApp conversations can go to one teammate, while sales inquiries go to another. You can also reassign a conversation manually when needed.
This feels useful for a team trying to keep a consistent voice across several agents and channels.
SaleSmartly
@new_user___140202597473f65134ed0cb Thanks for pointing this out. Keeping a consistent voice gets harder as more agents and channels are involved. Shared conversation history and AI-assisted replies give the team a common starting point, while agents can still review and tailor each response to the customer.
