SafeSheet replaces the paper SDS binder with a QR code. Give each site its own code; anyone there scans it with a phone camera and sees that site's chemical list, each chemical's GHS pictograms, signal word and hazard statements, and its Safety Data Sheet. No app, no login.

OSHA allows electronic SDS access, as long as there are no barriers to immediate employee access during each work shift (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8)). A code that opens without a password helps with that.

Behind the code:

• Upload the SDS PDFs you already have. SafeSheet reads each sheet and suggests the signal word, pictograms and hazard statements; you confirm them before anything is saved.

• SDS review reminders. An SDS doesn't expire, but manufacturers revise them, so SafeSheet reminds you when one is due for a check.
