Most billing tools want to own your invoicing. Saasybill doesn't. Every invoice is created directly inside Xero, so your accounting stays intact, your accountant doesn't need to change anything, and you're not paying a percentage of your revenue to process bank transfers. Set up your plans, attach subscriptions to customers, and billing runs automatically at renewal. Flat subscription pricing, no transaction fees.
I've always found multi-currency billing a pain to manage manually - does Saasybill handle customers in different currencies, or is it single currency for now?
@elliot_wong1 Saasybill brings over your default currency from your Xero organisation. When creating products this is the currency by default, but you can also create them in any other major currency. If the currency isn't already in your Xero organisation Saasybill will create it automatically in Xero so you get the correct exchange rates
I'm interested in how long setup takes, if you already have customers in Xero?
@melanie_lewis Your customers from Xero are automatically synced to Saasybill when you signup. Any changes in Xero or Saasybill sync with one another. Then all you need to do is create a product for your users to subscribe to and connect them with a subscription. Products can be used for an unlimited number of customers so you don't need to create a new setup for each one. Most people are setup in under an hour.
