Obviously, it's new, and I'm turning up many search terms that haven't been "equalized" yet, but I'm very excited to see where it goes.

Hi installed it :) ... but i have a point and really hope it's not misunderstood. on their website, their statement is "S.H.E. transforms the way we see women by transforming the way we search. With S.H.E., you’re helping give women’s accomplishments the visibility and representation they deserve by elevating them in search results. S.H.E. will continue to help transform the world through search." genuinely mean the following... isn't accurate search supposed to deliver results regardless of the gender, ethnicity, color, religion...etc?? On the other hand, women's achievements must absolutely take its proper place but i just see those two things deserve different approaches like for example, results must give two lists for each query: for instance. When i search the most accomplished engineers under 30. I would imagine any search result to give me two lists relevant to this search, one that entails all the female engineers and the other one entails male. So it's more accurate yet inclusive. what I really liked about this plugin though is that by typing certain things, the results aren't sexualized. This is very thoughtful and keep the search clean.

Great tool and the initiative. But why is it asking permissions to change data on all websites? That way it will also have access to the data on all the websites I browse and work on. They should fix the permissions to look less shady!

How is this better than using more accurate search queries? It doesn't even keep the functionality of Google for image results pushed to the top. Searching "Greatest Painters" before and after the extension yielded the same exact results, with the women pushed to the front. The women were already in the list. Regardless, searching "Greatest Female Painters" or "Greatest Male Painters" will give you more accurate results than this extension ever will. Searching "asiaticas" does not bring up porn for me (With safe search off)... so that clip is either fabricated, the girl searches for a lot of porn, or the locals around her happen to watch a lot of asiaticas porn. I understand that the internet is a hard thing to understand, and if this extension makes some people feel better about themselves, more power to them.. However, in my quick test run with it, using precise search queries gives better results than using this extension and typing "perfect hair".

Similar to history books, the internet requires a bit of digging to find womens' accomplishments. I'm glad this tool exists to remove search bias. Just installed!
