We have been using Rupert at Motive for several months now, and I can say that it has fundamentally changed the way we think about monitoring our data. Previously, we used to use a messy combination of Redash alerts and Tableau alerts. We found it hard to see how many alerts we even had, which ones were getting triggered and why, and the configuration/context we could add was very limited. Rupert has enabled our alerts to be actionable, which is a huge game-changer for us. Support folks in various Slack channels not only see the alert but get action buttons in the alerts (configured by our data scientists and analysts) they can click to address any issues without having to navigate between different platforms. I highly recommend Rupert to any team frustrated by the limited nature of native BI reporting solutions!
