Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Runway City.
Airport games often have you placing every desk and bin. I wanted one about the part I find most interesting: keeping flights moving when everything pushes back.
It's 06:00 and the first flights are on approach. You decide which of the two crossing runways lands and which departs. You watch each turnaround happen on the apron, with bridges, bags, fuel and push-backs. When crews or vehicles run short, you see the delay start. You build in groups: add check-in counters in a click, plan a whole expansion, and copy the layout to another terminal.
Then the day gets harder. There's a Deepavali rush, Bhogi smoke, a cyclone, the north-east monsoon, and a career where you finish Terminal 3.
It's free, with no ads, no download and no sign-up, and it works on desktop and phone. I built it in plain JavaScript and Canvas 2D with a lot of help from Claude Code. The flights are generated, and the layout comes from OpenStreetMap, so it's modelled on the real airport without being an exact copy.
I'd love to hear where you got stuck and what you'd want next.
