I’m a product designer and mom who was tired of running life out of a thousand apps. OpenClaw Ops Playbook is the system I use to run both work and family on one AI assistant. It’s a layered OS on top of OpenClaw: identity, roles (family vs work), memory, domains (work, school, CRM, groceries) and light automations you can copy to make an agent actually useful.

A complete agent architecture for running your life and work on OpenClaw. Copy-paste templates for identity, memory, domain routing, and proactive automation.Hey PH, I’m Ling 👋
By day I’m a product designer working in tech. By night I’m a mom trying to keep a 5‑year‑old, a busy partner, work, and a couple of side projects from colliding.
I got tired of “AI tools” that were great for demos but useless for actually running my life. So I turned OpenClaw into a layered operating system for myself:
• one assistant, but split into family and work roles
• clear layers for identity, memory, domains (work, school, CRM, groceries…)
• lightweight automations that nudge me before I’m late or forget something important
This playbook is basically my internal ops manual: folder structure, key files, heartbeats, and examples you can copy‑paste into your own OpenClaw setup.
If you’re a busy knowledge worker / parent who wants AI to actually carry some load (not just answer questions), I’d love your feedback and questions on how to adapt this to your life.
