Most teams run monitoring in one tool and HR in another, so activity data and attendance never reconcile. Rudrans puts both in one dashboard — live screen view, app and website tracking, productivity scoring, DLP and USB device control, plus attendance (web, mobile, biometric), leave, onboarding and offboarding, documents, payroll records and an employee self-service app. Windows, macOS and Ubuntu. 14-day free trial.

Hi Product Hunt
I'm Umang, one of the makers of Rudrans.
We kept running into the same thing at work: companies pay for a monitoring tool and a separate HRMS, and the two never agree with each other. Monitoring says someone was active for six hours, the HR system says they were on leave. Reconciling that is somebody's entire Monday morning.
Rudrans runs both off one lightweight agent on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu:
Visibility — live screen view, app and website activity, with 1,600+ apps and sites pre-classified
Productivity — active vs idle time, time spent per app, productivity scoring, team and individual insights
Security — DLP, USB and device monitoring, file activity tracking, smart alerts
People and HR — attendance via web, mobile or biometric check-in, leave policies and approvals, onboarding and offboarding, documents, payroll records and payslips, and an employee self-service app
On the part everyone asks about: the screenshot interval (5 minutes by default) and the idle threshold are both configurable, access to the data is role-based rather than open to everyone, and employees get their own app for attendance, leave and payslips. Monitoring works when people know the rules, not when they don't, and we would rather say that up front than get asked.
Two things I would find most useful to hear from you. Does the HR side go deep enough to actually replace your current HRMS, or does it read as a bolt-on? And if you run mixed Windows, macOS and Ubuntu fleets, what breaks for you with tools like this today?
