RuckZone turns your Apple Watch into a dedicated rucking coach. Track load weight, distance, pace and heart-rate zones live on your wrist, get a Load Score after every ruck, follow beginner and base training plans, and review your weekly trends. Now with live iPhone GPS tracking, route maps and elevation too.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built RuckZone because rucking (walking with weight) is one of the simplest, most effective ways to train — but most workout apps treat it like a generic walk.
RuckZone is Apple Watch-first: you start a ruck from your wrist, log your load, and get live distance, pace and heart-rate zone coaching. After each session you get a Load Score so you can progress safely week over week — plus beginner and base training plans. This latest update also adds live iPhone GPS tracking with route maps.
No account, no social feed, no medical claims — just a focused tool for people who ruck. Would love your feedback 🎒

Would love to see a "ruck with friends" feature where you can sync sessions with buddies and compare load scores or pace on a shared route. Would make the training plans way more social and keep me accountable on days I don't feel like lacing up.

Honestly love how it pulls the Load Score right on the wrist instead of making you dig through the app afterward, super clean call to have the heart rate zones sitting alongside the pace in one glance.

The live GPS sync between the watch and iPhone is a really thoughtful touch, having the route map pop up on the bigger screen while the watch focuses on effort metrics keeps things clean and easy to read mid-ruck.
