rTexPacker is my new tool to package sprites and fonts, mostly intended for videogames development. Packaging multiple sprites into a single image optimizes drawing process and it's used to accelerate games. rTexPacker can export the packed images and the descriptors (the data about the place of every sprite inside the atlas) in multiple formats (xml, json, txt, code...) and can the result can actually be used with any game engine. This tool is handmade software. It has been carefully crafted in C language for maximum performance and minimum memory footprint. The tool fits in a single portable executable of only 1MB, including a multi-themed UI interface as well as a powerful command-line for batch image processing.
