Hey Product Hunt! π
I'm Usman, founder of Nexilant β and this is RozProfit, something I built after watching how small business owners actually track their money in real life: a notebook by the till, a WhatsApp voice note to themselves, or just... memory. Spreadsheets and "real" accounting software never fit how these businesses actually run day to day.
So the question I kept coming back to was: what if logging a sale was as easy as saying it out loud?
That's the whole idea behind RozProfit. A few things I'm genuinely proud of:
ποΈ Voice entry β say "I sold 500 worth of stock today" in your own words, however you naturally talk about your business, and it's logged, categorized, and done. No forms, no typing.
πΈ Receipt scanning β snap a photo of any bill or receipt. AI reads the vendor, the amount, and picks the right category for you.
π¬ Ask your business β type or speak a plain question like "how much did I make this week?" or "what's my biggest cost this month?" and get an instant answer computed from your actual logged numbers β not a generic tip.
π Real profit, not just sales β a clean monthly dashboard that separates fixed vs. variable costs and gives you an AI-written insight into where your money's actually going.
π€ Customer credit tracking β for every business that gives regulars a running tab, without needing a second notebook to track who owes what.
π Business Recap card β at month-end, get a shareable, Spotify-Wrapped-style card of what you kept, built to post straight to WhatsApp Status or Instagram Stories.
It's a PWA too β no app store, install straight from the browser on iPhone, Android, or desktop in a few taps.
π Pro comes with a 2-day free trial β a card is required to start (so we can be upfront about billing), but you're not charged a cent until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then with zero hassle.
I'd genuinely love your feedback β especially from anyone who's ever put off bookkeeping because it felt like a chore, or tried an accounting app that felt like it was built for accountants instead of for you. What's the one thing that would make you actually want to log your numbers every day?
Thanks for checking it out! π

how does it handle receipts in different languages or currencies, and can it pull in transactions from my bank directly instead of snapping everything manually?
Languages β Receipt scanning runs on Gemini's vision AI, which handles multiple languages reasonably well out of the box, not something hard-coded to English only. That said, we've mainly tested it against English and Roman Urdu receipts so far β if you try it with something else and it trips up, I'd genuinely love to hear about it so we can tune it.
Currencies β Right now each business has one set currency, and receipt scanning assumes the receipt is in that same currency. It doesn't auto-detect or convert foreign-currency receipts yet β that's a real limitation, not a hidden feature I'm glossing over.
Bank sync β Not yet. Today it's voice, receipt photo, or manual entry only. Direct bank/transaction import is something we're seriously considering for the roadmap (this isn't the first time it's come up), but it's not live. I'd rather be straight about that than oversell it.
Really appreciate you asking β this is exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what we build next. If bank sync is a dealbreaker for you right now, happy to personally ping you if/when we ship it.

Voice entry is genuinely fast, almost instant categorization after I described a few sales. The shareable month-end recap card is a nice touch for sending straight to my WhatsApp groups.

Really glad the voice entry felt fast β that was actually the hardest part to get right under the hood (getting speech recognition to not duplicate or mangle words took several iterations), so it means a lot to hear it just works smoothly in practice.
And the recap card is honestly my favorite thing we built. There's something nice about a small business owner getting to feel proud of their month the same way people feel proud of their Spotify Wrapped. Did you end up sharing it in the group yet? Would love to hear how people reacted.
Thanks so much for trying it out and taking the time to comment! π
