Some meaty history and overview on Rova below, but quickly, we created this Rova to accomplish our mission of turning client relationship management into strategic sales development. ROVA HISTORY/OVERVIEW
It was in 2013 that we began to notice a tectonic shift in the way customers and brands value the capability sets of agencies. At the time, our team was a prominent agency with 15 years of success. With a pulse on innovation and the marketplace, we recognized it wasn't just our clients demanding business strategy – it was an industry-wide trend. The agency business model remained largely unchanged since its inception, so challenges arose when consulting firms began offering creative and digital execution as part of their service offerings. Agency partners were shoved down the value chain as they had no model or resources to begin offering business strategy that consultants were built to provide.
As a response, our agency shifted focus to create a proprietary platform and turnkey solution for agencies to manage, measure and execute strategic client relationships. Our mission was laser-focused on developing a suggested methodology for agencies to produce measurable business strategy. It would allow agencies to transition strategic work into the tactical execution processes they are, and will, always be better at.
Additionally, we would create a software tool based on the standard account services model of developing consistent, profitable opportunities for creative and technology experts to produce work, acutely aligned with business objectives, faster and more efficiently. By driving client value and bottom line impact to the agency sooner and more frequently, our turnkey platform also provides minimal disruption to the agency business, while shortening the sales cycle and creating a sustainable business development tool for the talent the agency already staffs.
And thus, Rova was born. For more than two years, our team proved the model through many successful client engagements. We iterated and refined and perfected, pouring thousands of hours and millions of dollars into a platform we felt confident our fellow agencies would embrace. Rova LLC is now a standalone enterprise SaaS business, enabling agencies around the world to develop client relationships that foster predictable pipeline growth – delivering success to clients and brands, and leveraging a world where projects are plentiful, correlated and consistent.
Today, Rova is backed by a dedicated and passionate group of agency veterans, working day in and day out to solve the unique business challenges of the modern agency marketplace. We understand firsthand that growing an agency is hard work. While quality of work is the most important output of your efforts, scale is the business of our business. We believe creative can not exist and thrive without strategy, and ensuring the effectiveness of the integrity of effort is increasingly becoming table stakes for all agencies, regardless of size, makeup or niche. Our businesses are built on and hinge on our culture, organization and tools. The Rova platform addresses all three of these areas by transforming strategy into a deliverable that will drive increased profitability on current services and clients, and produce new scalable revenue streams.
