A driver app with a one-tap "issue" button would help a lot right from the field, like a flat tire or no answer at the door, and it should auto reroute that stop to another driver without anyone having to call dispatch.
A driver app with built-in turn-by-turn voice directions would save a lot of headaches, especially for new hires who don't know the streets yet. Would also help if it showed the customer's preferred drop-off instructions right on the stop screen instead of buried in the order details.
Handed it a messy batch of stops and it spat back a clean route in seconds, driver view was snappy too. Wish I'd found this before last holiday season.
