Routemize is AI scheduling built for service businesses that live and die by their route. Customers self-book instantly into the exact slot that keeps your day tightest — no calls, no back-and-forth, no guesswork. Smart routing logic and instant booking mean only the right jobs land on your calendar, at the right time. Built by a home service founder who was tired of losing hours to windshield time. Route multiple salespeople to the right appointments based on territory and rules. Gamechanger!
What's up Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Tanner, founder of Routemize (also founder of DripJobs, a CRM serving 2,500+ home service businesses).
Here's the problem Routemize solves, in a nutshell:
Customers want instant booking — speed to lead is everything.
But home service businesses can't just turn on instant booking, because of large service areas. Tools like Calendly and Acuity don't account for that.
1. Routemize checks the customer's location against your service area and existing schedule.
2. It checks your rules around scope of work and job type.
3. It assigns the right salesperson based on territory rules (if you have more than one).
Then it shows the customer the perfect time to book — with the right salesperson — instantly.
The result: zero back-and-forth, and a booking experience that actually respects how routed service businesses operate.
We've had a blast testing this with almost 100 companies and 3,000+ instant bookings in beta so far.
We're excited for you (or your clients) to try Routemize and create a better overall service experience!

Adding a built-in customer notification when a tech is running behind would be a huge stress saver. A simple text that says "running 20 minutes late, here's the updated ETA" cuts down on those awkward phone tag moments and keeps the whole day from unraveling when one job runs over.
@onurzwag We have an "On the way" message that might help!

Finally something that keeps my techs driving shorter loops without me babysitting the board. Loved that it slotted recurring cleans into the gaps I usually forget about.
Booked a test slot in seconds and the route it generated actually clustered my jobs by zip instead of throwing them in random order, which is more than my current setup does.
@emircan1143 Let's go! Love to hear it. This is the new way business will be done in the trades!

The instant self-booking is a real win for cutting down phone tag. One thing that would make it even stronger for me as a user: add a customer-facing tracking link so the person who booked can see when the tech is actually on their way, not just a vague window.
@ulavuz48826 Yes, this is in our plans. Thank you for the comment and feedback!

the fact that this came from someone who actually ran the routes shows everywhere in the booking flow. the territory rules piece is honestly the cleanest i've seen, no spreadsheets needed.
The self-booking flow that only shows actually viable slots is such a smart move, cuts out all the usual ping-pong with customers. Love that it came from someone who actually ran the routes, not just theorized about them.
