Hey everyone! I'm Farmaan, the solo founder behind RoundZero.
I started building this after getting laid off and going through the hiring process myself. It made me realise how difficult first-round screening has become for both companies trying to review hundreds of applicants and candidates trying to stand out.
RoundZero is my attempt to fix that by giving every applicant an adaptive AI first-round interview, then generating structured reports before a recruiter ever needs to step in.
The product is still early, and I'm launching it because I want honest feedback from people who hire. If you try it and something feels confusing, breaks, or just doesn't make sense, I'd genuinely love to hear about it.
