RotaStrata: Staff scheduling and timesheets without spreadsheet chaos

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built RotaStrata after seeing how many staffing and service businesses still manage rotas, timesheets and approvals through a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, email threads and last-minute phone calls. RotaStrata is designed to bring that workflow into one place: • plan shifts • let workers view their rota • capture timesheets • approve hours • keep everything ready for payroll and invoicing The first version is aimed at agencies and service businesses where people are assigned to shifts across different clients, sites or roles.
