Over the years the startups that I've been a part of have hired at least a hundred people. We've heard horror stories from candidates about going through multiple rounds of interviews and never hearing anything back (Not even a rejection)
We built an Applicant Tracking System that automates most of the busy work so hiring mangers can keep candidates up to date and make hiring better for everyone.
We wanted to launch this platform as soon as possible to help businesses affected by COVID-19 hire more efficiently so they don't have to keep their candidates on limbo. We're giving the tool out to the community at Product Hunt for absolutely free till April of next year, no strings attached.
As we're still on the very early stages of our journey, we encourage any sort of feedback so we can build a better experience for everyone!

@bhanuka That is the feature I like best -- that candidates get automatic updates. Even though rejections are tough, never knowing anything has to be worse.

@growmap We've been on the other end of it too many times and not gotten back to our applicants.
It's not that we don't always want to, it's just a matter of prioritization. We took a stand with Rooster to make this employee alert feature a non-optional component of the platform so that we do right by our candidates.

Love the simplicity of the product. Waiting for Employer login to be added to the menu. Had decent response for https://rooster.jobs/jobs/120, but none of the applicants have responded to my queries. Looking forward to see the continuing growth. All the best to Bhanuka and the team

Great product if you are looking to streamline your hiring process and also give feedback to the applicants. Currently it's totally free. UI wise would love to see option to select multiple filters to the hiring stage in search function.

I am In search of good job opportunities and I use rooster to connect with companies for that purpose. In my experience I feel like rooster has a done a good job of making it easy for job seekers.
