As we run Startup Houses in the Bay Area, we discovered how it is essential to put matching personalities into rooms, and how it affects the overall environment in the coliving. We also spent countless hours interviewing candidates and trying to gauge their personalities and inner motivations, in order to have a great resident. Some of our colleagues from more affordable group housings face countless hours of interviews with potential residents who may be of very sketchy backgrounds. Our solution is able to not only evaluate personality according to DISC methodology (describe human behavior, based on four personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C)), but also evaluates if the answers were truthful based on voice pitch, blink rate, etc.
