Hey, I'm Ayush, sole founder of RoomGrade.
I built this out of a lot of experience as a founder. Every due-diligence AI tool I found is built for the investor side. RoomGrade flips it: same analysis, run by you, first.
Upload your documents → RoomGrade auto-categorises everything, extracts your key metrics, and gives you a ranked list of red flags (severity + a specific fix/disclosure recommendation for each), a completeness score, and summaries of your cap table, financials, and legal position. There's a chat interface too, grounded in your own docs with citations.
Free tier: 1 full analysis, no card. Pro is $29/mo for unlimited + chat.
I'll be here all day — pls do tell me what you'd want flagged that we're not catching yet. Thanks for checking it out 🙏

Metric inconsistencies are the kind of thing founders rarely catch in their own data room, the deck says one MRR and the model says another. When two documents disagree like that, how does RoomGrade decide which number to trust?

Congratulations on the launch! qq How does it handle an early-stage data room where a lot of the "expected" documents don't exist yet? At pre-revenue, a completeness score could surface as red flags when the gaps are just normal for the stage. Curious whether it adjusts expectations to the round.
