Review of ROOM
Since receiving our 2 ROOM phone booths (which took 18 weeks to arrive), we have had several issues. The customer support is slow to respond if at all and takes a lot of time chasing down to simply have the phone booths we paid for work properly. Incredibly disappointing. They were constructed improperly and not level, which caused the doors to not shut all the way (which meant they were not actually soundproof. They sent a Task Rabbit person to fix them who had never seen the booth before and said he didn't know what he was doing. Then, the fans and lights stopped working and we are still trying to get an answer back from ROOM. One fan buzzes so loudly that the booth is not usable.

Review of ROOM
I've never seen such a horrible sales team/process.
We've been trying to purchase a phone booth for room for over a week - we can't get any responses from the sales team, on intercom, phone, etc.
It's like they've gone out of business - you can get them to reply if you create a new intercom chat but they never follow up after the first message.
Absolutely horrible, we'll buy from someone else.
