Tried ROMA on a couple of real projects and the recursive setup just… makes sense. Instead of one giant agent flailing around, it breaks work into clean chunks like a good project manager and delegates without stepping on its own toes. The stage tracing is clutch , you can see which agent did what , with what inputs, so debugging feels like following a breadcrumb trail instead of guessing in the dark.
