Rocolex is a free online maths and strategy game for one or two players. Pick numbers from a 7 by 7 grid, plan one move ahead and beat your opponent.
Hi everyone! I built Rocolex from a paper game my kids brought home from school, played with cut-out numbered squares. I couldn't find it online, so I made it. There is a 7 by 7 grid of numbers (some negative) and one token. One player picks from the token's row, the other from its column, and every pick decides which line your opponent must play from next, so the biggest number is often a trap. It is free, runs in the browser, has an Android app, an ELO leaderboard, private groups for classes and clubs, and a public API if you want to write a bot. It is a small beta made by one person. What would make it more fun or more useful for you?
