Once a week, employees get sent a mini summary of a book and asking the employee to give feedback to their employer. Responses are then sent to the CEO monthly. Employees get to learn something new and CEO’s get to hear real time feedback from their workforce.

At my work we help companies formulate monthly Employee Feedback reports for investors and this kind of helps solve that problem for smaller businesses who can't afford a consultant to do the reports for them. I also read heaps so I'm just happy I can make use of my book summaries sitting in the good docs folder :)
