Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Roast & Review because I was tired of vague, polite feedback on resumes and job applications.
The idea is simple: paste anything (resume, website, LinkedIn, pitch deck, code) and get a brutal AI roast with concrete fixes. Each tool uses different personas — a recruiter, a designer, an SEO expert — so you get unique perspectives.
Everything is free, no signup required. Premium adds more personas and features for €20/month.
Tech stack is vanilla HTML/CSS/JS with Cloudflare Pages. No frameworks, no npm, no build step. Lighthouse 99/100.
I'd love to know:
1. What tools would you add next?
2. What's the most useful critique you've ever received on your work?
Happy to answer any questions about the build, the stack, or the AI prompts behind it.

@john_brad Super cool. It's a review in the form of a roast and gives quick results. Interested to know more about how the reviews are driven. I ran my website and LinkedIn and got good feedback. Kudos on the launch.

@roopesh_donde Thanks so much! Glad the website and LinkedIn roasts landed well 🙌
To answer your question — the reviews are driven by a multi-angle AI approach. Instead of just one generic prompt, each tool feeds your content to multiple AI "personas" (recruiter, customer, SEO expert, designer, etc.) who each give their own perspective. Then it synthesizes everything into a score + detailed analysis + concrete fixes.
The roast format works because it cuts through the politeness that most feedback tools give you. Nobody improves from "looks good!" — they improve from "here's exactly what's wrong and how to fix it."
Would love to hear which tool you try next if you explore more!
