RoadDXF pulls roads from OpenStreetMap, parcel boundaries and APNs from official county assessors, and building footprints, then packages everything into a DXF file ready to open in AutoCAD or DXF viewer. Make-ready engineers and OSP fiber designers spend hours hand-tracing roads and property lines before they can start a drawing. This eliminates that step entirely. 37 US states covered statewide, ~85% of the US population. No GIS software needed.
