Upload a video of your set. RNKUP breaks your form down frame by frame, flags every biomechanical fault, and gives you a real rank — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond — based on what your body is actually doing, not what you think it's doing. No coach's ego, no gym mirror lying to you.
Hey hunters,
Uncomfortable truth: most people who've trained for years have never once gotten an honest read on their own form. Not from a coach, not from a training partner, not from the "form check" comments where you either get roasted for clout or hyped up for engagement.
I built RNKUP because I was tired of both. It's computer vision that watches your set — squat, deadlift, bench, whatever — and gives you an actual verdict: what's broken, why it's broken, and where you land on a scale from Bronze to Diamond. No "looks good bro."
A few things worth knowing before you try it:
It's not a replacement for a coach watching you live. It's what you get before you can afford one, or between sessions when you need a second opinion that isn't your ego.
The rank isn't cosmetic. It moves when your movement pattern actually changes — that's the only progress metric I trust.
It's sharpest on [squat / deadlift / bench — swap in whatever you've actually trained the model hardest on]. I'm not going to pretend every lift is equally dialed in yet.
I'd rather you tell me exactly where it got your squat or any exercise like pullups or push ups wrong than tell me it's great. That's worth more to me than an upvote.
Upload your worst set. If the rank makes you a little angry, it probably worked. Tell me either way.

Love the idea of getting an honest read on my form. One thing I'd find super useful is a side-by-side replay that overlays a pro skater's body angles on top of my own clip, so I can actually see where my knees, hips, or shoulders are off instead of just reading a list of faults.
