RISA PMT integrates Kanban, Gantt, chat, and a wiki into one workspace—so teams get real-time visibility and keep decisions tied to work. With upcoming MCP support, RISA will integrate with AI assistants to help teams turn context into action—faster documentation, clearer updates, and less overhead.
Hi everyone — I’m Hiro Fujii, building RISA PMT.
RISA PMT started as an internal initiative: we needed a way to run complex, challenging projects with speed and repeatable quality, without drowning in tool sprawl
.
At the core of the broader RISA approach are three building blocks:
- Tickets (UI + structured data you can tailor to each workflow)
- Workflows (a flexible definition of steps and transitions)
- Permission Matrix (fine-grained access control per user type and even per field)
We also aim to keep teams from needing deep IT expertise by making key parts more visual and configurable (workflow definition, UI design, permission setup).
If you’re curious, I’d love to hear:
1. What’s your biggest source of friction between “task tracking” and “team communication”?
2. Which part matters most: Kanban/Gantt, Chat, Docs/Wiki, or governance & permissions?
