That being said...the food+restaurant world can definitely be slow-moving in my experience when it comes to adoption of new tech, especially if that tech doesn't have a very immediate effect on sales. I'd be interested to see some non-profits, NGOs, and even gov agencies get behind a product like this though.
This a fantastic idea though, And fantastic example of a non-currency use of blockchain. I also think this could be valuable in the world of import/export, especially when to comes to high value products, such as coffee or those with a protected designation of origin.
