Agree, @jlax - the pricing feels high. Also not sure how excited property managers/owners would be about this being used w/o their approval. I'd wonder if a B2B, free-to-consumer model would be better, except the perceived value add would likely be (near) zero for the property manager/owner.
@malaparte you can do some of this with Vonage or other VoIP solutions that allow forwarding to multiple phone numbers. Ringo's big trick is the passcode features. AirBNB people could use this pretty successfully in combination with a WiFI door lock.
